From the tide line to mountaineering, nearly all our adventures take us into cold, wet, and stormy conditions—exactly where long-pile Sherpa wool excels. To create an all-season insulated hoodie for everyday wear or long journeys, we selected a soft, warm, and easy-to-move recycled wool blend. The breathability and temperature regulation of the thick-knit wool, which synthetic fleeces try to imitate, provide exceptional comfort and performance when worn alone or as a mid-layer under a shell, and the Melton-lined hood protects against the wind. A fleece storm flap offers additional warmth, while our unique production process with no added dyes helps to further reduce environmental impact.

• The 17 oz (580 g/m²) long-pile fleece, made of 80% recycled wool and 20% nylon, is soft, stretchy, and naturally insulating; the hood is lined with wool.
