Follow the link below to initiate the return process through Canada Post. You will need your 16-digit tracking number found in your order confirmation.

Automated Return Request 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to our terms. The return request must be made by following the link below. Items may be returned within 45 days of purchase.

  • Québec and Ontario 12,95$
  • Others provinces 16,95$
  • Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon 19,95$

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend not waiting for an exchange. Simply order the item in the correct size while it is still available, as our quantities are limited. Return shipping costs related to a size or style exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was made on our part.

Warranty

A refund is guaranteed in the event of a product defect or an error in the order. In these situations, return shipping costs are covered by Abaka.

To speed up the processing or replacement of the product, please contact us as soon as possible by email, including your order number and, if needed, photos of the product.

Items Eligible for Return

All items at regular price or on sale for less than 50% off may be returned for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Clearance items (50% off or more)
  • Items that have been worn (except for a simple try-on), washed, damaged, or without their tags
  • Boxers, briefs, and underwear, for hygiene reasons
  • Socks, due to packaging that is often damaged upon opening

Envelope Return

If you are returning a single small item (e.g. thin t-shirt, tank top), it can be shipped in a 10 × 13 inch envelope, less than ½ inch thick.

This method is economical but does not include tracking. Use it only if the item is well-suited for it. This option is offered at the customer's request and remains entirely at their own risk.
