Natural foot butter to save dry feet
Unlike the skin on the rest of the body, your feet are not lubricated by sebaceous glands. Your feet rely on hundreds of thousands of sweat glands to keep your feet hydrated. As you age, your feet sweat less, which can cause itchy dry feet.
For each body massage, we add 100% Canadian beeswax, cocoa and shea butters, and coconut, rice and sesame oils. Each butter and oil has been added to soften, tone and enrich the skin.
Mountain Sky Foot Butter comes in an easy-to-use BIODEGRADABLE push-up stick container. Use it to avoid messy hands and be plastic free! Each tube lasts a long time.
Try it on dry elbows, knees and feet.
Butter for the feet 40 grams
Dry feet can be problematic as they can cause skin cracks and infections. The most common solution for dry feet is a moisturizing application that does not contain alcohol. Alcohol can further dry out the skin. Mountain Sky's easy-to-apply foot butter is alcohol-free and long-lasting.
-
Soak the feet in lemon juice for about ten minutes. Lemon juice is a mild acid that helps dissolve dead, dry skin for easy removal. Use a loofah or soft foot brush to scrub your feet after soaking them. Wash off with lukewarm water.
-
Apply Mountain Sky Foot Butter to feet after bath and wear socks.
The antiseptic qualities of tea tree and the rejuvenating tingle of mint will keep your feet toned and supple.

Benefits of oils
Beeswax - helps protect and repair rough, dry or chapped skin, as it has the ability to retain moisture. Occlusive agents like beeswax, shea butter and stearic acid increase skin hydration levels by providing a physical barrier to epidermal water loss. 100% Canadian beeswax
coconut oil - is rich in medium chain fatty acids , ferulic acid and catechins which have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-itching properties.
Cocoa butter – is rich in fatty acids and antioxidants. It contains oleic, palmitic and stearic acids, all of which nourish the skin.
Shea Butter - contains high concentrations of vitamin A and fatty acids, which makes shea butter an ideal ingredient for softening the skin. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
Castor oil - is rich in ricinoleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid that acts as a humectant. Humectants attract moisture to the skin.
cetyl alcohol - is a natural fatty alcohol derived from coconut oil. Cetyl alcohol is not the same as denatured alcohol which dries out the skin as it evaporates. Cetyl alcohol is very moisturizing for the skin. It helps seal in skin's natural moisture levels and leaves skin feeling smooth and soft. We blend cetyl alcohol with beeswax to give our balms a unique occlusive barrier to prevent skin dehydration and protect against exposure to wind, water and sun.
rice bran oil - contains ferulic acid which is a very effective antioxidant similar to vitamin E.
Sesame oil – contains large amounts of vitamin E.
